Strange one indeed. If you follow the installation procedure you shouldn't
have any issues with this install. It worked like a champ for me.
I went with base cygwin 1.1.4 (Net Download) - nutin special - no patches,
etc.
I was able to compile and execute all of the samples included that were
marked as runnable - of course, the AWT test failed....can't wait till
they've got that wrapped up!
