Latest 64 bit test stuff on sourceware

I managed to compile native version of coreutils, using Cygwin's patched 
sources. I might actually compile cygport as I had to manually edit 
Makefile to get lib/cygwin.c compiling. This is obviously not very 
secure and might cause problems with Windows but at least uname now 
shows correct information:
